It is very important to check the @Status attribute found within the Booking response as to verify that the booking has a correct status. In this way, you can avoid thinking that a booking is confirmed but it actually is not confirmed, which would give you unnecessary problems. Since the Webservice is session-less, you don’t block allotment until the booking is confirmed. So there is a (very small) possibility that someone else confirmed the last room before you, between the availability and the confirmation the hotelier had added a stop-sale. Apart from this, there can be network or connection problems with suppliers and other punctual issues that could prevent the booking from being confirmed correctly.
